By booking a Reiki session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
I certify that I voluntarily agree to receive Reiki treatments.

I understand that there are no refunds for Reiki services.

I understand that Reiki sessions involve a natural hands-on method of energy balancing by gentle touch to your face, shoulders, hands, wrist, arms, feet, or forehead to achieve the best results of Reiki Session.

I verify that I am 18 years of age and older and mentally competent to enter into this waiver.
​
I understand that Elida Mengelkamp is not a medical doctor, licensed counselor, or medical practitioner and has not represented herself in that manner.
​
I understand that the Reiki sessions provided are not substitute for medical or phycological ailments.
​
I understand that Elida Mengelkamp does not diagnose conditions nor prescribe or perform medical treatment. It is highly recommended to seek for medical professionals for any physical or psychological ailments you may have.

I acknowledge that Elida Mengelkamp has made no promises to me as the outcome of the Reiki session.
​
I understand that Elida Mengelkamp reserves the right to postpone, suspend or refuse services to anyone.

I acknowledge that by booking a Reiki session I agree with the above-mentioned and is clearly understood by me.

Privacy Policy
Conversations taking place during the session are completely confidential.
​
The content and record of our sessions are confidential unless otherwise require by law. I am legally obligated to report threats of violence to oneself or others.
Refunds
There is no refunds after services are provided.
Cancellation Policy
Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24-hour notice. Missed appointments, or appointments canceled without 24-hour notice, will incur a fee of $10.00.
COVID 19
Due to Covid, we are making sure to take special precautions for the safety of all our clients.

If you are sick, have been around someone who is sick, or have been in contact with someone who has/could have been exposed to Covid 19 or any other variants, we are asking you to reschedule your in-person session.
