My Philosophy
It is normal to feel disconnected in a world that believes in a quick fix. We all have great potential for everything and anything in our bodies. To access our potential, we need to get rid of the stuff holding us back, and Reiki can be a great resource to remove those blocks through its gentle yet powerful energy.
My mission is to provide a safe space where you can be your authentic self without judgment and honor your journey in life and offer you the transformative benefits of Reiki through intuitive guided sessions tailored to your needs.
I believe that every single person has the ability to heal. I believe that through Reiki, we can ignite the healing abilities within ourselves. When that happens, you step into your power.

We have all been there — the dark night of the soul — times in our lives when we are pushed to our limits, and we have no other choice but to do some soul searching and implement changes. It is okay to feel the way you do. Despair, loneliness, anxiety, and depression are all too common.
My Story
I am a retired Registered Nurse. While working for over 20 years, I noticed a need to address not just the physical needs of patients but also their psychological and spiritual needs. It felt like the root of their issues was often missed. So often, the issues were tied to stress and past trauma that never healed. On my journey to find alternative healing methods, I discovered Reiki.
After achieving mastery in multiple Reiki practices, I now share my abilities with all who seek relief.

My approach during sessions is compassionate, grounded, and present so that clients can be their authentic selves without judgment.

I have received distance Reiki from Elida in the past, and they were incredible, but this time she said she was going to send Reiki to my inner child. I did not understand why, but I went with it.
