In Person | Reiki Session | 1 Hour

Service Description

Before beginning the session, we will sit and discuss what is going on in your life, why you are here, and what you would like to accomplish. (Conversations are completely confidential) Sitting down one-on-one lets us get to know each other and helps me to understand what to work on or where specifically. After we establish your needs, I’ll begin the session by setting an intention of peace and loving-kindness so that your Reiki session can provide you with the spiritual benefits you may need. During the Reiki treatment, you will lie down on a massage table on your back so that I can move around you for the Reiki treatment. You can also sit upright if that is more comfortable. You will remain fully clothed but remove your shoes. Most Reiki sessions will remain quiet. This lets you relax into the experience and calm your mind. You can also bring awareness to the physical feelings in your body. I follow with hand placements designed to infuse Reiki energy where you may need it. During the session, we include soft music to aid your relaxation. Occasionally you may be guided into a short meditation to facilitate relaxation or to address issues that brought you here. My sessions are intuitively guided and may differ from session to session based on your unique needs. The space held during the session is loving, non-judgmental, accepting, and flexible. Reiki sessions may also bring healing to unexpected areas. Emotions may surface and be released as part of healing and letting go. Many people describe these sessions as relaxing, calming, and peaceful. We end each Reiki session with grounding and integrating the energy for a powerful and gentle closing. When done, we will discuss your session and answer any questions you may have. I am located in Glendale, AZ (West Glendale). I work from home, so for my privacy, you will receive an email with my address a week before your session.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact us 24 hrs. in advance. Missed appointments, or appointment cancelled without 24-hour notice, will incur a $10.00 fee.
