Distance | Reiki Session | 1 Hour

Service Description

Reiki can be administered without the need for physical proximity because it works under the principle that where your attention goes, energy flows and that time and space are illusionary. Distance sessions are very easy, and many people love that you don't have to travel to receive Reiki. Distance sessions are done online via Zoom. Typically, I begin with Zoom Video to learn what is going on in your life, why you are here and what you would like to accomplish. (Our conversations are completely confidential) Our one-on-one conversation lets us get to know each other and helps me understand what or where specifically I need to work on. After we establish your needs, I’ll begin the session by setting an intention of peace and loving-kindness so that your Reiki session can provide you with the spiritual benefits you may need. Then we turn off the video so that you can lay down with music on your end during the session. I will proceed with your session as if you were with you by connecting to you energetically. Occasionally, I may guide you in meditation at the beginning of the session, depending on your unique needs. At the end of the session, I will let you know when we are done. If you want to talk after discussing your experience (you don't have to), we can turn the video back on and chat. Otherwise, if you want to stay in your energy and not talk, I will disconnect from the zoom link after a couple of minutes. The Zoom link will be sent via email the day before the appointment. Usually, alert pop-ups notify you of any updates. You will need a computer, tablet, or smartphone with audio and video (if you are using a tablet or smartphone, it is recommended that you put them on a stand or tripod.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please contact us 24 hrs. in advance. Missed appointments, or appointment cancelled without 24-hour notice, will incur a $10.00 fee.
